Islamist terror leader calls for Trump, JD Vance assassinations over pro-Israel views in disturbing video (Watch)

The head of a dangerous terrorist group has released a video calling for the murder of former U.S. President Donald Trump and many of his close advisors, claiming it’s revenge for their strong support of Israel. The terrorist, Sa’ad bin Atef al-Awlaki, who now leads al-Qaeda’s branch in Yemen, known as AQAP (al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula), urged Muslims in America to carry out attacks without hesitation.
In the video, which was published on Sunday, al-Awlaki gave a shocking message encouraging people to take action and target American leaders. He told his followers not to ask anyone for permission before attacking Americans, calling them “infidels.” He described Trump and his team as criminals and said they deserved to be killed for their support of Israel during the ongoing war in Gaza.
Al-Awlaki named several U.S. officials in the video, including Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and even billionaire Elon Musk, accusing all of them of being part of a system that supports Israel financially, politically, and technologically. He also told his followers to go after their families and anyone connected to the White House.
He made it clear that, in his view, there should be no limits in this fight because of what he claims has been done to Palestinians, especially in Gaza. He referenced recent airstrikes, blaming the U.S. for helping Israel destroy Palestinian homes, hospitals, and shelters.
In the 34-minute video titled “Inciting the Believers,” al-Awlaki also called for violent attacks on Jewish people in general, saying they should be targeted anywhere and everywhere, just as Palestinians, according to him, have nowhere safe to go. He praised recent antisemitic terrorist attacks and those who tried to assassinate Trump in the past.
Al-Awlaki became the leader of AQAP in March 2024 and has already been wanted by the U.S. government for previous threats. The State Department is offering a \$6 million reward for information leading to his capture.
This latest video is considered a dangerous call to violence and is being taken seriously by U.S. officials. AQAP is already on the official U.S. list of terrorist organizations.
