Donald and Melania Trump’s ‘divorce’ exposed as expert convinced First Lady ‘hates his guts’

Melania Trump has been noticeably absent from public events since her husband, Donald Trump, returned to the White House for his second term. One well-known journalist and author, Michael Wolff, believes there’s a clear reason behind it. According to him, Melania and Donald’s marriage might not be doing well, and she may even strongly dislike him.
At a recent military parade held on Donald Trump’s birthday, Melania made a rare public appearance by his side. It was one of the few times the couple had been seen together in recent months. Michael Wolff, who has written several books about Trump and closely followed his presidency, shared in an interview that someone very close to the couple told him directly, “She hates his guts.”
During Trump’s second term, which began earlier this year, Melania has kept a very low profile. She’s rarely been at the White House and has made only a few appearances, such as attending the White House Easter Egg Roll, speaking against cyberbullying in March, and going to Pope Francis’ funeral in April. Aside from those moments, she’s been missing from the spotlight, with reports saying she spends most of her time in either Trump Tower in New York or at their home in Florida.
Wolff pointed out that her absence might not be a coincidence. He mentioned Trump’s history with other women, including porn stars, and said Trump isn’t exactly known for being a kind or attentive husband. Wolff suggested that Trump likely doesn’t listen to anyone—not even his wife—so it wouldn’t be surprising if Melania chose to keep her distance.
Other experts have also commented on how unusual her behavior is. Katherine Jellison, a historian who studies First Ladies, said Melania has kept a lower profile than any First Lady in the last 80 years. The only one who comes close is Bess Truman, who was known for staying out of the spotlight back in the 1940s.
Melania married Donald in 2005 and became a U.S. citizen in 2006, making her the second First Lady born outside the U.S. Some experts, like Anita McBride who studies the lives of First Ladies, believe that the couple’s relationship still works for them, even if it doesn’t look like a traditional marriage. She said it might not be the kind of marriage most people would call happy, but it seems to function in its own way.
However, Wolff remains skeptical. He insists the couple is not truly living together as husband and wife. He said they lead separate lives and do everything apart, which he believes is a clear sign their relationship has changed.
So while some people argue that Melania and Donald’s marriage is fine behind the scenes, others like Wolff believe the growing distance between them is too obvious to ignore.
