Footage of Trump tripping up Air Force One stairs labeled ‘karma’ as people recall shocking comments he made about Biden

Donald Trump once laughed at Joe Biden for slipping while walking up the stairs to Air Force One. He said Biden wasn’t strong or sharp enough to be president because he tripped and struggled to speak clearly. Trump used that moment to try and show that Biden wasn’t fit to lead the country.

But now, people are noticing the irony because Trump just did the same thing. On June 8, as he was climbing the stairs to his presidential jet with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Trump stumbled. He missed a step but quickly caught himself and kept walking like nothing had happened. He didn’t turn around or react — just acted like it was no big deal. Then, surprisingly, Rubio also tripped on the same stairs right after Trump.

Even though the stumble was small, the internet jumped on it right away. People started sharing videos and comments, saying it was karma — a kind of payback for the way Trump had mocked Biden before. Social media was filled with jokes. Some people laughed about the idea of installing an escalator so he wouldn’t have to use stairs. Others joked that maybe it was time for Trump to get a wheelchair, just like some had said about Biden a few years back.

Some people were sarcastic and said Trump should resign since that’s what he had suggested Biden do after his fall. A few commenters even joked that Trump “must step down” now — making fun of how serious he made Biden’s stumble seem back then.

Still, not everyone thought it was worth making fun of. Some people said anyone can trip, and it doesn’t mean much. One person mentioned they had tripped on stairs going to a concert the night before. Others gave Trump credit for recovering quickly and not making a big scene. Someone even rated his recovery an “8.5 out of 10,” like it was a sports event.

Even though the stumble got a lot of attention online, Trump has bigger problems to deal with. Right now, there are protests going on in Los Angeles, and he’s also in a public argument with billionaire Elon Musk. Their feud has been very visible on social media, with both men posting insults and jabs at each other. Musk even posted a serious accusation suggesting Trump might be involved in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, but then he deleted the post and backed off.

So while the stumble was just a small moment, it reminded people how quickly things can turn. The same way Trump once used Biden’s trip to question his ability to lead, now people are turning the spotlight back on Trump. And in today’s world, where everything is recorded and shared instantly online, even the smallest misstep can become a big deal.
