Jasmine Crockett Torches MAGA With Blistering Take On Trump’s Red Hats

A Texas congresswoman, Jasmine Crockett, spoke out strongly about former President Donald Trump and his supporters. She said that many people around the world can clearly see that Trump is not fit to be a leader, but there is a group of his followers who refuse to accept that reality.

According to her, one reason for this is their deep attachment to the red “Make America Great Again” hats that became a symbol of his campaign and movement. She suggested, in a sarcastic way, that these hats almost act like a shield, blocking people’s minds from understanding facts, evidence, and reality about Trump’s actions and behavior.

Crockett shared a video in which Portugal’s president, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, said that Trump acts like he is helping Russia, describing him as behaving like a “Russian asset.

He said that, from an objective standpoint, the leadership of Trump’s administration seemed to make decisions that favored Russia’s interests. This is a serious accusation, implying that Trump’s choices were not in the best interest of the United States but rather helpful to another powerful country. Crockett used this statement to highlight her point: leaders, experts, and even other world leaders can see what is happening, but some of Trump’s supporters ignore it.

She wrote online that the whole world can see Trump is not qualified to lead, but those who proudly wear the red MAGA hats seem to have their thinking blocked.

In her view, it is not about lack of information—because the facts are available it is about refusal to accept them because of blind loyalty or emotional attachment to Trump. This kind of thinking, she implied, makes it impossible to have meaningful discussions with that group because they are unwilling to even consider evidence that challenges their beliefs.

Just a day before that post, Crockett also shared another message aimed at Trump supporters who constantly attack her on social media. She called them “mentally ill” and “grade A losers,” expressing her frustration with the harassment she receives.

She said she keeps a list of people she refuses to follow online, starting with anyone who identifies as part of the MAGA movement. She challenged those people to take a hard look at themselves and ask what might be wrong with their way of thinking, even suggesting they pray to be freed from what she sees as a form of sickness or obsession.

She also criticized the way social media platforms work, particularly X (formerly Twitter). She said many of Trump’s followers behave like trolls, always waiting for her to post something so they can attack her or stir up arguments.

According to her, this actually ends up increasing her online engagement because their constant comments and replies push her posts to reach more people. She joked that X should have a special “troller” button or label in addition to the usual “follower” option, so it would be easier to identify those who are only there to cause trouble rather than genuinely engage in conversation.

Crockett’s comments reflect the deep divide in American politics, where supporters of different political sides often see each other not just as opponents, but as people who are unable or unwilling to see reality. Her language was harsh and unapologetic, showing how tense the conversation has become in the country about Trump’s influence and the people who continue to support him.
