Melania Trump’s ‘Einstein’ Visa Exposed and Mocked in Blazing House Hearing!

At a heated House Judiciary Committee hearing in Washington, Democratic Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett from Texas made headlines by criticizing the Trump administration’s visa policies and mocking former First Lady Melania Trump’s immigration history.

During the discussion, which was focused on restoring fairness and integrity in the visa system, Crockett accused Trump officials of targeting lawful visa holders unfairly. She said it wasn’t right to cancel visas just because someone posted something critical about Trump online. She reminded everyone that freedom of speech is a protected right in America.

Crockett then shifted the attention to Melania Trump, questioning how she was granted an EB1 visa—commonly known as the “Einstein visa”—which is usually reserved for people with major international achievements, like Nobel Prize winners, Olympic medalists, or those with outstanding abilities in science, arts, business, or athletics.

She sarcastically pointed out that Melania, who was working as a model, didn’t have any such remarkable awards or credentials. Crockett also referred to Melania’s past modeling photos, including a nude photoshoot for *GQ* in 2000, and said she wasn’t on the same level as world-famous models like Tyra Banks or Naomi Campbell. She ended by saying, “It doesn’t take an Einstein to see this doesn’t add up.”

In response, Alex Nowrasteh from the Cato Institute tried to defend Melania, joking that not everyone could marry Donald Trump and that alone should count as an achievement. Crockett replied with a quick clapback, saying, “You’re right—I couldn’t have done it.”

Melania has kept a low profile lately, despite making a few public appearances with Donald Trump earlier in the month. She walked the red carpet with him at a theater event and went to a White House picnic, but she was also spotted appearing to fall asleep during a military parade that celebrated both the U.S. Army’s anniversary and Trump’s birthday. Her last social media update was a post about a new American flag on the White House lawn.
