WW3 fears erupt as Iran issues chilling 2-word response to Trump’s surrender demands

Iran’s top leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has warned that his country will deal harshly with Israel, saying they will show “no mercy.” This comes as former U.S. President Donald Trump demands that Iran surrender without any conditions. The conflict between Iran and Israel has now been going on for six days, with both sides attacking each other.

Khamenei called Israel a “terrorist Zionist regime” and said that Iran must respond strongly to Israel’s actions. He posted on social media that the country will not hold back in its fight against Israel. His comments were made not long after Donald Trump claimed the U.S. knows where Khamenei is hiding, although he added that the U.S. would not try to kill him—at least not right now.

According to U.S. officials, Trump is thinking about launching American airstrikes on Iran. Iran’s foreign ministry warned that if the U.S. gets involved directly, it could trigger a full-scale war in the region. After leaving the G7 meeting early, Trump told reporters he wasn’t interested in talking things over with Iran. On his social media platform, he later wrote that he doesn’t want a temporary ceasefire—he wants a total surrender from Iran.

The current fighting began last Friday when Israel surprised Iran with an attack, focusing on Iran’s nuclear facilities and military leaders. Israel said it had to strike first to prevent Iran from building nuclear weapons. Iran, however, insists its nuclear program is peaceful and not meant for making bombs.

Two major Iranian nuclear sites have already been hit by Israel, but the Fordow facility, which is located deep under a mountain, remains untouched. Experts believe that only a specific type of powerful U.S. bomb could damage that site. This bomb, called the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, is extremely heavy and can only be used by the U.S. Air Force.

Overnight on Wednesday, Israel launched more airstrikes, targeting locations linked to nuclear and missile activities in Iran’s capital, Tehran. Iran fired a few missiles in return, but Israel says it intercepted most of them—around ten. Iran has been firing fewer missiles as the conflict continues.
