Trump Lashes Out At Hollywood Nemesis In Bonkers Saturday Rant Threatening Her Citizenship

Former President Donald Trump has stirred up fresh controversy with two inflammatory statements posted to his Truth Social account, continuing both his long-running feud with Rosie O’Donnell and making alarming claims about immigration enforcement.

On Saturday morning, Trump attacked O’Donnell, calling her a “Threat to Humanity” and bizarrely claiming he’s “seriously considering” revoking her U.S. citizenship. This came in response to her recent interview where she discussed possibly moving to Ireland to escape Trump’s political influence. Despite his threats, there is absolutely no legal basis for a president to revoke someone’s citizenship simply because they dislike them — especially if that person is a natural-born American.

Trump’s feud with O’Donnell spans over a decade and has included repeated personal insults. But this latest post crossed into uncharted territory by suggesting action that is both unconstitutional and authoritarian.

In a separate rant posted Friday night as he returned from Texas after viewing flood damage, Trump also claimed that protesters were throwing rocks and bricks at ICE officers. He responded by saying he had directed officials, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and “Border Czar” Tom Homan, to order law enforcement to arrest anyone who assaults ICE officers — granting what he described as “Total Authorization” to use “whatever means is necessary.”

This aggressive directive would, in effect, expand ICE’s authority well beyond its current scope. Legal experts quickly pointed out that ICE does not have sweeping powers to arrest individuals for crimes like assault or vandalism unless tied directly to immigration enforcement. Trump’s statement could be interpreted as a dangerous overreach, encouraging law enforcement to act outside of their legal boundaries.

Both posts have fueled concerns about Trump’s growing tendency to blur the lines between personal vendettas, political power, and the limits of law enforcement authority.
