A Delivery Man Who Was Sent to Deliver Medicine to a Disabled Woman Entered Her House Without Permission Instead of Dropping Off the Package, Then Began Doing Horrible Things To Her

A delivery driver in Massachusetts has been arrested after police accused him of entering the home of a disabled woman without permission and sexually assaulting her while delivering medicine.

The suspect has been identified as 39-year-old Qaisar Ali, who lives in Brockton, Massachusetts. Police said he was working for a pharmaceutical delivery company when he visited the woman’s home in East Bridgewater on Sunday, August 2.

The woman reportedly has serious mobility problems and uses a wheelchair. She was expecting a normal delivery of her medication, but police allege that Ali entered her home without receiving permission to come inside.

After entering the property, Ali allegedly began touching the woman inappropriately several times. Because of her disability and limited movement, the woman was in a particularly vulnerable position and may have found it difficult to protect herself or quickly move away.

The incident was later reported to the East Bridgewater Police Department. On Wednesday, August 5, Detective Cecilia Cacciatore visited the woman’s home and began investigating her allegations. Officers gathered information about the delivery, the driver and the vehicle that had been used.

During the early investigation, the detective identified Ali as the suspected delivery driver. Police also identified the vehicle connected to him as a white Toyota Camry. After gathering enough information, officers obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Police later found the vehicle and stopped Ali while he was driving. He was arrested without further trouble and taken into custody. Authorities initially ordered him to be held on bail of $10,000 while the case continued.

Ali is now facing several serious criminal charges. These include three counts of assault and battery on an elderly or disabled person and two counts of indecent assault and battery on an elderly or disabled person. He has also been charged with indecent exposure, breaking and entering during the daytime and assault with intent to commit rape.

The charge of assault with intent to commit rape means prosecutors are accusing him of carrying out an assault while intending to rape the woman. However, the charges remain allegations and have not yet been proven in court. Ali will be allowed to respond to the accusations and defend himself as the case moves through the legal system.

Separate reports have also raised questions about Ali’s immigration status in the United States. According to information reportedly provided by the Department of Homeland Security, Ali is a Pakistani national who was living in the country illegally.

Reports claim that Ali entered the United States in 2022 and was later released into the country while his immigration case was being considered. However, the complete details of his immigration history, including exactly how he entered the country and why he was released, have not yet been publicly explained in an official statement.

It is also not yet clear whether immigration authorities have placed a detainer on him. Such a request could allow federal immigration officers to take him into custody if he is released by local authorities.

The case has caused anger and concern because the alleged victim was a disabled woman who depended on a wheelchair and had expected someone to simply deliver her medicine. Many people believe delivery workers are placed in positions of trust because they regularly visit private homes and sometimes meet elderly, disabled or vulnerable residents.
