Donald Trump’s Own Staff Reportedly Fear He May Not Finish His Second Term for One Shocking Reason

Questions about President Donald Trump’s physical and mental health have continued to grow, with fresh claims now suggesting that even some people working closely with him are privately worried about whether he will be able to complete his second term in office.

According to a report published by Salon columnist Brian Karem, some members of Trump’s own administration, along with politicians from both the Republican and Democratic parties, have privately expressed concerns about the president’s health. Karem claimed that some staff members fear the 80-year-old president may not remain healthy enough to serve until the end of his current term, which still has around 940 days left.

The report alleges that these concerns are not limited to White House staff. Karem said he spoke to several Republican figures, including members of Congress, who have also questioned how long Trump will remain in office. One unnamed junior Republican lawmaker reportedly said that some people in Washington are quietly wondering whether Trump’s time in office could come to an end sooner than expected.

Karem also claimed that several sources, including people he said work within Trump’s administration, have jokingly referred to the current White House as “Weekend at Bernie’s.” The nickname comes from the 1989 comedy film in which two employees pretend their deceased boss is still alive by carrying him around to fool others. According to the report, critics use the comparison to suggest they believe the administration is struggling to function effectively.

Another Republican lawmaker reportedly told Karem that the administration was “dead in the water,” suggesting that it has lost momentum and is facing growing political challenges.

Speculation about Trump’s health has increased in recent months, particularly on social media. Critics have pointed to videos they believe show the president appearing tired or briefly closing his eyes during cabinet meetings. Others have highlighted visible bruises on his hands, swollen ankles and a rash that has occasionally appeared on his neck. However, none of these observations alone prove that the president is suffering from any serious medical condition.

The report also repeated claims regarding Trump’s mental fitness. It alleged that during recent tensions between the United States and Iran, some Iranian officials believed Trump was experiencing mental health issues. According to the report, they reportedly sought advice from senior psychologists to better understand his behavior and communication style during negotiations aimed at reducing tensions between the two countries.

Despite the growing speculation from critics and political opponents, the White House has continued to maintain that President Trump is capable of carrying out his duties. No official medical evidence has been released to support the claims made in the report, and many of the sources quoted remained anonymous. As a result, the allegations remain unverified and continue to fuel political debate rather than provide confirmed evidence about the president’s health.
